The restaurant group that features Café Lola and Saint Honoré has opened a fast-casual chicken spot–3 Little Chicks–in Southwest Las Vegas.
Alexandra Lourdes and Lin Jerome have recently opened their seventh restaurant, 3 Little Chicks. The restaurant is named in honor of the co-owners’ combined three daughters who have all been born since the first Café Lola opened five years ago. “3 Little Chicks is truly a labor of entrepreneurship, parenthood and love, from our families to yours,” says Lourdes in a press release.
The breading for the chicken is gluten-free and gluten-free buns are available. Chicken items on the menu are available either grilled or fried and can be enjoyed in sandwiches and tenders, salads and bowls. Sides include fried pickles and sweet potato fries. The signature beverage is the house-made limeade with ginger and fresh lime. For dessert, 3 Little Chicks offers fresh-baked cookies, vegan soft serve vanilla ice cream, four-layer carrot cake,and a Signature Apple Pie Swirlie.
The new Las Vegas restaurant is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
