Proper Eats to Open at ARIA Resort & Casino

ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas has announced new additions to its culinary offerings with an elevated food hall slated to open this winter. The new gallery, Proper Eats, will feature 12 curated concepts with globally inspired fare and eclectic cocktails.

From the team behind Lionfish Coastal Cuisine and The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, Clique Hospitality, Proper Eats has taken a traditional dining hall concept and elevated it to become a collection of highly sought-after cuisines. The new destination will be located on the second level of ARIA Resort & Casino, spanning 24,000 square feet.

“This is a dream destination for me,” says Andy Masi, founder of Clique Hospitality, in a press release. “Our team is bringing together cocktails and cuisine from some of our favorite places in the world in one strikingly beautiful space in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip.”

The first eateries slated to join the 12 offerings include Seoul Bird, a Korean restaurant based in London; Wexler’s Deli, serving up old-school deli classics just outside of Los Angeles; Egghead from Tao Group Hospitality, a New York-based, breakfast-forward eatery; and Clique Hospitality’s latest concept, Temaki, serving fresh seafood and sushi.

Clique Hospitality has partnered with other Las Vegas hospitality giants, like Jason McLeod of Proper Eats and Oliver Wharton of A Perfect Bite, to curate the rest of the 12 collections for the food hall.

“The addition of Proper Eats to ARIA’s food and beverage portfolio will deliver a fun and lively communal dining experience to our resort,” says ARIA president and COO Anton Nikodemus in a press release. “Every detail has been carefully curated – from creative concepts to venue design – bringing together a first-class culinary epicenter that is approachable with a variety of options to choose based on preference, taste, or mood.”
