Feb. 7: Fred Minnick & Friends’ Big Game Bourbon

Feb. 7 to Feb. 10: Super Bowl Experience

The NFL takes over Mandalay Bay South Convention Center from Wednesday, Feb. 7, to Saturday, Feb. 10, with the highly anticipated Super Bowl Experience. Offering fun for all ages, this football theme park invites guests to take part in interactive games like the 40-yard dash, get player autographs, take photos with the Super Bowl rings and Vince Lombardi trophy and visit NFL Shop. Hours are 3 to 10 p.m., Wednesday to Friday, and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday.

Feb. 8: 10th Annual Culinary Kickoff™
