With locations in Scottsdale, Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth and Miami, Bottled Blonde, a nightlife concept from Evening Entertainment Group, is coming to the Las Vegas Strip with plans to open in late 2024.
Founded in Scottsdale in 2014 by Arizona-based Evening Entertainment Group, Bottled Blonde is a world-class nightlife concept that has grown to become an expanding powerhouse with locations in Scottsdale, Dallas, Houston, Fort Worth and Miami. Its next site will be set in the heart and action of the Las Vegas Strip, neighboring Blake Shelton and Ryman Group’s Ole Red.
The new location is scheduled to open in late 2024 after taking over a $50 million venue. Bottled Blonde Las Vegas will be a four-story outlet spanning 25,000 square feet with an open-air rooftop lounge.

Las Vegas locals can anticipate enjoying a full-service restaurant when visiting the new Bottled Blonde. In addition to a bar and beer garden, the latest games will be shown on a variety of flatscreens. The curated menu features an extensive list of cocktails, wines, beers and shareable sips like a Mimosa Tower or the 128-oz. Beer Tower.
