Southern Land Company Breaks Ground on Symphony Park

After the successful launch of its first residential property, Southern Land Company, a developer of award-winning master-planned communities, is celebrating the groundbreaking of the newest addition to its growing collection. Symphony Park comprises two opulent apartment buildings located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas.

Symphony Park II and III (working titles) are the latest addition to Southern Land Company, a national developer of award-winning master-planned communities and mixed-use developments. The two new spaces total more than 730,000 square feet, bringing Sin City an additional 545 luxury apartment homes.

“Downtown Las Vegas has long been a thriving mecca of hospitality, business activity and innovation, especially within Symphony Park, the area’s premier development site,” says Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman, in a press release. “We are thrilled to welcome two additional Southern Land Company apartment buildings to Symphony Park, bringing needed residential opportunities to downtown.”

Symphony Park II will stand five stories high, with 275 living spaces ranging from one- to two-bedroom residences; while Symphony Park III is slated to be a 22-story high rise with 270 apartment homes, including one- and two-bedroom dwellings and elevated penthouses. Both buildings will feature robust amenities to fit all lifestyles, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga room, concierge, dog run, resident lounge, pools, bike tune shops and more.

Exclusive to Symphony Park III will be a pool deck on the ninth floor with stunning panoramic views, an outdoor fitness terrace and a residential lounge complete with a bar. The building will have multiple terraces, high-end unit finishes and more than 16,500 square feet of commercial and retail space on the first floor.

“We anticipate strong leasing for our next two phases,” says Tim Downey, Southern Land Company founder and CEO, in a press release. “The demand for luxury rental living in Downtown Las Vegas is on the upswing, and our new projects will help to meet that demand.”

Both destinations are slated to make their grand debuts in the spring of 2025.
