Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, a sultry new speakeasy, is now open at Proper Eats Food Hall on the promenade level of ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
Easy’s Cocktail Lounge invites imbibers to enjoy a posh cocktailing experience at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The cabaret lounge atmosphere includes live musicians performing post-modern jukebox music and a singular, but spectacular, dining option: Beluga caviar service. Presented on a bed of ice in a replica Fabergé egg, the caviar is partnered with house-made blinis, crème fraiche, chives, lemon wedges and two chilled glasses of Belvedere vodka.
Emerald hues and velvet textures fill the space at Easy’s Cocktail Lounge. Guests can luxuriate on sofas featuring channel tufting, surrounded by dark-stained oak wood and marble coffee tables, to enjoy a selection of cocktails–both Instagram-friendly showstoppers and classics from bygone eras–from mixologist Eric Hobbie.
Favorites include Shroomin’, comprising gin, matcha, lemon, honey and dry ice in two mushroom-shaped glasses emerging from a wooden tray filled with moss; Smoke Show, with Angel’s Envy bourbon, banana liqueur, sweet vermouth and chocolate bitters which has been shaken and strained into two glass pipes and served in a retro cigar box; and Heart of the Ocean, a concoction of Casamigos blanco tequila, orgeat, fresh lime, blueberry spirulina and “pink ocean air”–an emulsion of egg white and pink sea salt–presented on a bed of white sand adorned with seashells (pictured at top of page).
Easy’s Cocktail Lounge is a concept from Clique Hospitality, which is behind The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails and cliQue Bar & Lounge at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Eight Lounge and Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge at Resorts World Las Vegas.
