Stadium Swim at Circa Resort & Casino is unlike any other pool experience you’ll find in Las Vegas. The multi-tiered outdoor amphitheater contains six pools and two spas, all of which are heated to accommodating temperatures depending on the weather. Stadium Swim also boasts an assortment of poolside lounge areas, including over 300 chaise lounges, 36 day beds and 30 cabanas you can reserve. Enhanced VIP experiences are also available with tableside services, including dedicated servers and towel refreshment.
With two swim-up bars, the drinks at Stadium Swim are most certainly worth checking out. When at the bar, we recommend indulging in the Signature Creations (available in both 32-oz. and pitcher servings, for larger parties). Up first, we recommend you try the Jalisco Heatwave, with Casamigos reposado tequila, RIPE passion fruit and Owen’s Ginger Beer. We can attest to this concoction being a crowd-pleaser.
If you love a nostalgic sweet treat, we cannot recommend the Orange Dreamsicle enough, with Jameson Orange, Aperol, pineapple and RIPE margarita–topped off with lemon-lime soda. It will take you back to your ice cream truck childhood days. The White Strawberry Lemonade leans on the sweeter side and is incredibly refreshing on a hot summer day, with strawberry vodka, St-Germain, strawberry slices and RIPE lemon sour.
We can all agree that the best pool days are always packed with the best poolside bites and snacks. For that, we recommend the shredded brisket nachos, which are perfect for sharing – with crisp tortilla chips, black beans, queso, crema, jalapeños, pico de gallo, guacamole and cilantro. The lobster corn dogs are also a fan-favorite shareable, with lobster tail crusted in crispy cornbread batter, served with a heavenly lemon aioli on the side.
In Las Vegas, you also can’t go wrong with a shrimp cocktail, and we argue that the Stadium Swim pool serves up one of the best in downtown, with classic large chilled shrimp, cocktail sauce and lemon. Shrimp cocktail is argued to be the (un)official state food of Nevada, afterall.
