Spring Break Escapes

Casino hop in Las Vegas

Nevada spring break

Ah, Sin City—home to some of the world’s premier casinos, sports bars, betting spaces and more. Sure, it’s fun to visit the Las Vegas Strip for a quick jaunt and stay at one of the (many) hotels that are located in the heart of the city. But if you’re wanting to really get a sense of the town’s culture and test out your gambling luck, you might consider a casino-hopping adventure during this Nevada spring break. While you might be hard-pressed to find a casino or hotel on the Strip that isn’t undeniably fun, the reality is that each one boasts their own character, theme and even charm. And casino-hopping around to the different resorts will give you the chance to test out which one is really perfect for you. Start your venture off at Mandalay Bay—a relaxed resort known for its 11-acre beach, that comes complete with a big wave pool and lazy river. Then head over to the Luxor Hotel & Casino, an Egyptian-themed space that’s hard to pretty hard to miss—especially since it’s literally a 30-story pyramid with Sphinx statues and replica artifacts scattered around the property. Test your luck at New York-New York Hotel and Casino and have a slice of New York-style pizza while you’re at it. Enjoy an elegant, artsy space at The Cosmopolitan—home to that Instagram-famous chandelier bar and a hub for 20-somethings. Indulge in a Sugar Factory cocktail at Planet Hollywood and then marvel at the grandeur of Caesars Palace with its 50,000-gallon saltwater aquarium and replica Trevi Fountain.
