The Noodle Den Celebrates Chinese New Year

The Noodle Den at SAHARA Las Vegas hosts a specialty menu commemorating the Year of the Dragon this Chinese New Year. The limited-time menu is available now through Saturday, Feb. 17.

Guests visiting The Noodle Den at SAHARA Las Vegas, which is known for its delicious hand-pulled noodles and dumplings, through Feb. 17 will have the opportunity to enjoy dishes that honor the Chinese New Year. The celebratory lineup includes:

Birds Nest Soup, $138

Deep Fried Flounder, $28

Garlic Snow Pea Leaves, $28

Braised Abalone with Mustard Greens, $58

Poached Chicken Halved, $28

Fried Seabass with Soy Sauce, $58

Black Pepper Beef Steak with Asparagus, $58

Beef Bitter Melon in Black Bean Sauce, $28

“Our specially crafted Chinese New Year menu is designed to transport guests on a culinary journey to Northern China through both traditional and modern dishes,” says Derek Tadashi Morishita, vice president of food and beverage of The Noodle Den, in a press release. “As we embark on this joyous occasion, we invite our diners to savor delicious flavors, paying homage to the rich tapestry of Chinese cuisine.”
