New Restaurants Coming to Las Vegas

Tourism in Las Vegas is on the rise, and alongside the return of visitors comes a handful of exciting new restaurant openings. From new concepts stemming from icons like Martha Stewart and Lisa Vanderpump to familiar, re-invented dining experiences, the following are the latest restaurants set to open in Vegas this year.

Vanderpump à Paris

Slated to open in Paris, Las Vegas, Vanderpump à Paris is the latest endeavor from restaurateur and television star Lisa Vanderpump. The new dining destination is slated to open this winter and will feature whimsical cocktails, delectable dishes and an eclectic Parisian design.

The Bedford

With global lifestyle icon Martha Stewart at the helm, The Bedford is set to open in Paris, Las Vegas this spring. The highly anticipated spot is Stewart’s first-ever restaurant concept designed to bring her country farmhouse in Bedford, New York, to life. The restaurant will be a home away from home, with a cozy yet chic design set to offer seasonal dinner, weekend brunch and holiday menu items. The menu is still in the works but will utilize high-quality ingredients from local purveyors.

The dining destination is famous for being NY’s first original steakhouse after opening its doors in 1887. During its 135 years of business, Peter Luger has become the most popular Michelin-starred restaurant in all of New York City.

Dominique Ansel Las Vegas

Pastry chef Dominique Ansel, a James Beard Award-winning chef, will bring his latest concept to Caesars Palace with the opening of Dominique Ansel Las Vegas. The spot is set to open this summer with some of his most famous pastries, including the cronut, cookie shot glasses and frozen s’mores among the indulgent lineup offerings.
