Dragon Grille
An award-winning food truck since its initial opening in 2013, Dragon Grille (also known as Sin City Dragons) offers Las Vegas locals modern Asian cuisine with a western twist. Visitors may recognize the Asian fusion kitchen from its appearance on the popular television show “Late Night Chef.” Though the food truck offers a smaller menu than the others on this list, Dragon Grille features unmatched unique food items like the Asian-fusion tacos with corn tortillas, cilantro, sesame, rice and your choice of Korean-style sauce and meat or the sriracha mac and cheese with romano cheese, sriracha and furikake. Each item on the menu is house made, including its signature sauces. Dragon Grille is currently stationed at Area15 daily from noon to 9 p.m. and is available for private events.
