Al Solito Posto Las Vegas Restaurant

Located in the heart of Tivoli Village, Al Solito Posto is elevating and redefining classic East Coast Italian favorites in Las Vegas

With an artistic and intimate ambiance well-suited for any romantic date night, Al Solito Posto stands out as a sophisticated yet approachable choice for your next grown-up night out.

The bar at the restaurant is bustling, dazzling and worth checking out for the libations all on its own. While you’re there, we recommend starting off your visit with the Spill the Tea cocktail to help get any conversation going, with Principe de los Apostoles Mate Gin, Dakabend Oaxaca Blanco Rum, Dolin Blanc, Chareau, suze, kiwi, orgeat, pineapple and fresh lime.

If you’re craving something especially refreshing, we suggest the Coppa Italia, with Pimm’s No.1, cynar, ginger, blackberry, lemon, cucumber and fresh mint.

Now for those readers who love to discover something off the menu, ask your bartender to whip up a Fall Spiced Margarita. People always love a good salt or Tajin rim on a margarita, but the cinnamon rim here might be our new favorite take on a classic.

When it comes to the appetizers, Al Solito Posto has a robust roster of both Insalata and Antipasti options. The caesar salad is a fan-favorite in town, with focaccia croutons, parmesan cheese and real anchovies.

For Antipasti, we implore you to try the fresh squash blossoms, which are fried and crunchy on the outside, while being stuffed with soft fresh mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and a basil aioli on the inside. The wagyu beef carpaccio is also a standout, with garlic-truffle aioli, mushroom, arugula, capers and olive oil.

Now, for the really good stuff: Al Solito Posto has an incredible lineup of both handmade pastas and pizzas, none of which you can go wrong with. The rigatoni reigns supreme among regulars, with vodka tomato sauce, basil and house-made fennel sausage, and we cannot recommend the N’Duja pizza enough. The delicious ‘za features garlic panna, buttered leeks, smoked mozzarella and a poached egg.

For a sweet treat to end your evening, the apple crostata–with cinnamon streusel and vanilla gelato–could easily be crowned the best item on the entire menu. Finish off your meal with the Espresso Martini–our new favorite in town. Al Solito Posto’s version features Ketel One Vodka, espresso, Mr. Black and vanilla.

Al Solito Posto is open for dinner Sunday through Thursday, 4 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 4 to 11 p.m. Happy hour takes place daily, 4 to 6 p.m. (bar only), and a Pastaholics happy hour is available nightly, 9 p.m. to close (bar only).
