Favorite ways to spend your free time in NV: To say I’m a live entertainment connoisseur would be an understatement. I love to check out everything Vegas has to offer. Whether that is a headliner concert, a resident show or an immersive experience. I truly believe no one does entertainment like Vegas! I recently saw the Katy Perry: Play residency, and learned amongst all my talents singing is not one of them.
Your biggest accomplishment and why: My biggest accomplishment is taking the leap to go after my dreams, literally. At 18, I left my hometown to move across the country in pursuit of a professional acrobat career. There was no YouTube: How To Tutorial on navigating the entertainment industry and overcoming all the challenges. Whether or not I “succeeded” felt irrelevant at the time; the fact I tried meant I already won.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: Rejection was undoubtedly the biggest obstacle I faced. Any form of entertainment where you are auditioning or trying out puts you in a very vulnerable place to be told no or rejected. It happens and it happened to me a lot. I had to work overtime in shifting my mindset and reassuring myself the best was yet to come. I chose to view rejection as protection and tell myself there was something even better coming my way.
Someone who inspires you and why: One of my biggest inspirations is Simone Biles. Not because of her incredible athletic ability, but her essence. The drive and determination Simone has is remarkable. I also admire how she is authentically committed to being herself and honoring her needs.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Understand there are going to be hard days where giving up feels like the best option. Remember these days. They will make the successful ones that much more special and enjoyable.

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I am actually very afraid of heights. In my job as an acrobat, I’ve flown 40 feet in the air hanging by one foot and I’m fine. To be on an airplane, or in a tall building and look down is awful for me. I can’t explain it. My nervous system is similar to a slot machine- never really going to know what the result is or why.
What makes someone fabulous: Authenticity makes someone fabulous. The best things in life are one-of-a-kind. I believe it’s the same for people.
