Favorite ways to spend your free time in NV: Hosting friends and families and going out to a nice lounge to enjoy a good drink and good music.
Your biggest accomplishment and why: This is a hard one, but I think it will have to be just being where I am today. We didn’t have much growing up and as a teen parent, I had to start from the bottom and to be able to have two homes, a six-figure business and a loving family is one of the biggest accomplishments for me.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: Purchasing our second home. As a small business owner, it can be really challenging to prove that you are a legit business. There were so many obstacles that I had to face but we did it!
Someone who inspires you and why: I have many! I admire women who started from the bottom and today are successful. My kids and family inspire because I want the best for them and that pushes me to want and do more.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: There is never a right time. You just have to do it. You have to believe in yourself, and you have to love what you do! You have to also understand that there is a big difference between a passion and a business, and we need to learn to love both!
Favorite quote: Just do it! And my other favorite one is, live life in the moment!
Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I had my firstborn at the age of 17; I have a 22-year-old, an 18-year-old and a 10-year-old.
What makes someone fabulous: Someone that cheers others on. That wants you to be successful just as much as them. Someone that is selfless and is not scared to try.
