The Water Lantern Festival is brimming with joy, optimism and wonderful moments that you’ll treasure forever. Visit dreamy Sunset Park in Las Vegas on Saturday, Nov. 19, from 2 to 6:30 p.m. to experience this shimmering, family-friendly festival.
Just like twinkling stars or summer fireflies, you can illuminate the water in a way you’ll never forget thanks to the Water Lantern Festival. You’ll be in awe as you witness the mystique of countless lanterns as their gentle lights reflect on the waves.
The day begins with food trucks, music and fun, and concludes with lantern design and launch. The lanterns are produced from wood and rice paper to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and the LED candles are recycled and reused to promote sustainability. Additionally, the festival gathers and removes lanterns from the water after the event and cleans up any garbage that may have previously been in or near the water in order to assist with the aim of providing safe water in Nevada.
Tickets range from $25 to $55 depending on the date purchased and include everything necessary for a vibrant evening under the stars.
