Mesquite Hot Air Balloon Festival

If you’ve never seen the sky filled with a rainbow of hot air balloons, now is your chance. At the 2023 Hot Air Balloon Festival, which runs January 27–29, colorful balloons will soar above Mesquite and create a mesmerizing display. 

Nothing compares to seeing the enormous, vibrant balloons float into Mesquite’s open sky at sunrise or sunset. This year, there will not only be hot air balloon shows at 7:30 a.m., but there will also be an even more thrilling show at dusk between 6 and 7 p.m. when the balloons are illuminated in contrast to the dark sky. 

At the same time, visitors are welcome to stroll among the hot air balloons that are inflated and on exhibit for a close-up encounter as well as get a chance to speak with the balloon crews. In addition, during the three-day Mesquite Balloon Festival, there will also be family-friendly dining and entertainment events.
