Chart House is excited to host The Prisoner Wine Dinner on Thursday, April 18 at their Stateline restaurant location.
Join Chart House at 7 p.m. for an exquisite five-course meal, expertly paired with wines from The Prisoner Wine Company renowned wines. This evening of food and wine is $140 per person, with tax and gratuity included. All guests must be over the age of 21 to attend, and tickets are now available for purchase.
First-course:
King Crab salad with shaved buttered toast, avocado, and micro arugula
Blindfold Blanc de Noir White Pinot Noir, Sonoma County
Second-course:
Burrata and melon cocktail, shaved prosciutto, white balsamic honey vinaigrette

Third-course:
