Peter Luger to Open at Caesars Palace

For nearly 135 years, Peter Luger steakhouse has been a New York icon. Come late 2022, the legendary dining destination is set to bring its East Coast charm (and USDA Prime steaks) to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Peter Luger opened its doors in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 1887 and is known as New York City’s original steakhouse. The Caesars Palace outpost marks the dining destination’s first U.S. location outside of New York.

Las Vegas diners can expect the iconic German beer-hall setting, the notoriously gruff, the bow-tied waitstaff and, most importantly, the on-site dry-aging of legendary USDA Prime steaks.

In 2022, the Michelin Star restaurant was even named to the James Beard Foundation’s list of “America’s Classics.” Peter Luger will join the Bacchanal Buffet, Gordon Ramsay’s HELL’S KITCHEN, Pronto by Giada, Bobby Flay’s Amalfi, Vanderpump Cocktail Garden by Lisa Vanderpump, one of Nobu Matsuhisa’s largest Nobu Restaurant and Lounge, Restaurant Guy Savoy, Old Homestead Steakhouse, Rao’s, MR CHOW and more Caesars Palace-based dining concepts.
