Las Vegas’ famed delicatessen, Siegel’s Bagelmania, will be serving up a menu of classic meals for Passover, available for pre-order and pick-up beginning Wednesday, April 5, through Thursday, April 13. Individual meals are available for $32.95 each and include a starter of chopped liver with red onion or gefilte fish with beet horseradish, an entrée of half-roasted chicken with matzo stuffing or tender brisket with homemade gravy, as well as two sides: a large potato latke with cherry applesauce or roasted potatoes with caramelized onions and green beans or carrot tzimmes. The dinner can be made complete by matzo and charoset, handmade matzo ball soup and a variety of festive treats. A family meal of the same items, serving eight to 10 people, is offered for $295.95. Plus, with delicious bagels also in the mix, there is something for everyone. In addition, to commemorate Easter, Siegel’s Bagelmania’s bakery has developed over a dozen specialty pastries. Pastel cookies and cupcakes with Easter-themed designs like bunnies, baskets, unicorns and carrots are among the baked-from-scratch desserts.
