Bazaar Meat by José Andrés Introduces Tasting Menu

Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, inside SAHARA Las Vegas, introduces an exclusive tasting menu in its bar and lounge. The Classics is a curated tasting of 10 tapas, offering the restaurant’s signature flair in a more casual setting for date night or solo dining.

“The Classics tasting menu is all about providing our guests with a unique and memorable dining experience in a relaxed and casual setting that captures the dynamic energy of SAHARA Las Vegas,” says Frank Medina, executive chef, in a press release.

The Classics tasting menu at the bar and lounge: 

Super Giant Pork Skin Chicharrón – Mexican crema espuma, chili spice, lime
Ferran Adrià Olives – Modern and traditional
Croquetas de Pollo – Chicken béchamel fritters
“The Classic” Beef Tartare – Mindful Meats beef sirloin, Savora mustard, HP sauce, anchovy, Parker House rolls 
Lucia’s Salad – Endive Caesar salad, parmesan, anchovy, air croutons
Gazpacho – Tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper
Chateaubriand Tenderloin 
Buttered Potato Purée – Butter, butter, more butter, some potatoes
Josper-Roasted Asparagus – Black garlic Romesco sauce
Desserts – Cream puffs, assorted tarts, little cakes

Bazaar Meat guests are also invited to indulge in an extensive selection of vibrant cocktails to complement the flavors of The Classics tasting experience. Standouts include the Floral Cloud, a gin tipple crowned with an hibiscus-rose-orange blossom aromatic cloud, and the Cedar and Age, which is torched tableside for a smokey sip.

The Classics is $99 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and available at the bar and lounge area every Sunday through Thursday, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
