First job: When I was in high school, I worked as a convention and trade show model. I was the girl handing out free samples and explaining how products worked.
Favorite ways to spend your free time in NV: I love being outdoors! When I have free time, you’ll find me on hikes around Red Rock or Mt. Charleston or lounging by the pool.
Your biggest accomplishment and why: My biggest accomplishment is turning something that I was doing for fun into a career. Before I started my own company, I was an attorney. I was active on social media for fun—sharing what I was up to with family and friends, near and far. When I began using social media to help promote charity events that I was involved with, I realized the full impact that it could have. I took a leap of faith and began offering my services to business owners that I knew. A marketing agency was born.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: The biggest obstacle that I have overcome was figuring out how to run a business without really knowing what it all would entail. It was trial and error in the beginning and a lot more administrative work than I anticipated. In retrospect, I should have reached out to someone for guidance instead of being stubborn and learning everything on my own, the hard way. Fortunately, I’ve learned my lesson and now know when to seek out expert advice.
Someone who inspires you and why: My mom inspires me! As a new mom, I’m figuring out how to juggle being a parent along with my other responsibilities. My mom always made it look so easy.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: I would advise them to try it out and see how they like it. Get an internship. Ask to shadow someone for a day who does what you’d like to do. Then, once you’re sure it’s the path you want to pursue, reach out for advice, support and guidance. I wouldn’t be where I was today without the supportive community that I’ve built around me.

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I have my second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
What makes someone fabulous: Being fabulous is choosing to live life to its fullest potential every single day!
