Favorite ways to spend your free time in NV: My new thing recently has been kayaking Lake Las Vegas, but I also enjoy trying out new restaurants and exploring places I have never been to.
Your biggest accomplishment and why: Starting my business! I jumped into this without knowing much about business. It has taught me a lot about myself and has pushed me to do a lot of things out of my comfort zone.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: Stepping out of my comfort zone and starting my organizing business. My job requires me to talk and connect with many individuals. I am more on the shy and quiet side when meeting new people so I had to completely change that when I first began.
Someone who inspires you and why: My mom. She had me at the age of 17, and I have watched her work very hard to get to where she is today. She built her business from the ground up and has taught me what perseverance looks like.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: There’s never really a right time so if you are thinking about it, just go for it. You will learn as you go and treat everything as a lesson.

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I am 22 years old. When I first started my business, I was a little nervous that no one would hire me because I thought people would think I look too young and am not experienced enough to have what it takes…but that was all in my head. I absolutely love what I do, and I know I am good at it.
What makes someone fabulous: Someone who is thoughtful, loving, humble and open minded.
