Wine Tasting and Wine Maker’s Dinner

Join The Golf Club at Cooper Valley for an exciting wine event featuring judging, tasting, and a winemaker’s dinner at The Golf Club at Copper Valley from Wednesday, April 6 to Thursday, April 7.

WINE JUDGING
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 6TH FROM 9 AM-3PM
Danish methodology with two sets of Judges, Professional and
People’s Choice. Awards for Best of Class (5 price categories)
and Best of Show from each set of Judges. Also a Best of Show
for Domestic producers and International Producers.
Free public seating is available.

WINE TASTING
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 6TH FROM 4PM-5:30PM
Eight past winners will be pouring their Cabernet Franc at this
event. Enjoy wines up to $100 per bottle! They include Shale
Canyon Wines (Arroyo Seca), Wood Family Vineyards (Livermore),
Kenéfick Ranch Winery (Napa), L’Autre Côte (Livermore), Dracaena
Wines (Paso Robles), Rosa Fierro Cellars (Livermore), Brecon
Estate Winery (Paso Robles) and Cuda Ridge Winery (Livermore).
Appetizers will also be served. After the wine tasting and
appetizers, Vinel8 will be open for dinner and reservations are

WINEMAKER’S DINNER
THURSDAY, APRIL 7TH AT 4:30PM
The evening will start off with Keynote speakers talking about
Cabernet Franc. Scheduled speakers are Lori Budd, Co-Founder of
and winemaker for The Lineage Collection, L’Autre Cote, Steven Kent
Winery, all in Livermore, Calif and Pam Starr, Co-Owner, Founder and
winemaker at Crocker & Starr Winery in St. Helena. Followed by
announcement of awards from previous day competition. The
Executive Chef of Vine18 will pair exquisite meals with Cabernet Franc
wine featured from each of the keynote speakers!
